about

The title "Unicode +1F648" is based on the events of a trip to South Africa by singer Jonas Langhammer and describes the struggle for survival in a ruthless society. Parts of South Africa suffers from massive poverty. Especially the gap between rich and poor is very strong. The situation described and experienced in the song is about an Afro-American beggar within an area inhabited mainly by white people. The visibly starving beggar cried, carried a sign on which stood, please help me otherwise I die, amidst laughing, happy people who did not appreciate him any look. For Jonas, who does not know such things from Germany, this was an extremely depressing experience. "And people seem blind they prefer to smile, they prefer to ignore cause we are rotten to the core. Hypocritical mankind". The encoding is the hexadecimal value of the "See no evil monkey".
